Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Regional Sales Specialist located in Boca Raton, FL. The Regional Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales performance by supporting real estate agents through effective training, coaching, and sales strategies. The specialist will collaborate with agents to develop client relationships and implement customer service initiatives. Additional responsibilities include conducting performance evaluations, providing personalized sales guidance, and contributing to regional revenue growth goals.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
• Proven expertise in customer service and relationship building
• Experience in sales and sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Knowledge of training techniques and the ability to mentor and guide real estate professionals
• Proficiency in organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with the real estate industry or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred
