Singer Wealth is seeking a Business Development Coordinator – Inside Sales/Appointment Setter to support advisors by engaging prospective clients, scheduling qualified appointments, and maintaining accurate lead and event data. This role is phone-focused and plays a key part in converting interest into meaningful advisor meetings.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, structured follow-up, and working in a performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Do
  • High volume outbound calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest through Singer Wealth marketing channels
  • Qualify leads through thoughtful discovery conversations
  • Schedule consultation appointments for advisors
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to support booking and show rates
  • Attend 2–3 seminars or client events per month in the Aventura and Plantation areas (occasional evenings)
  • Data Entry:
    Capture and enter post-event data, notes, and outcomes into CRM (Salesforce) and Excel tracking tools
  • Accurately document all calls, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Communicate with advisors, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth handoffs
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Comfortably spending a significant portion of the day on the phone
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Professional, confident communication style
  • Financial services experience preferred, not required
  • In-office, collaborative team environment
