Business Development Coordinator / Inside Sales - Appointment Setter

Singer Wealth is seeking a Business Development Coordinator – Inside Sales/Appointment Setter to support advisors by engaging prospective clients, scheduling qualified appointments, and maintaining accurate lead and event data. This role is phone-focused and plays a key part in converting interest into meaningful advisor meetings.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, structured follow-up, and working in a performance-driven environment.
What You’ll Do- High volume outbound calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest through Singer Wealth marketing channels
- Qualify leads through thoughtful discovery conversations
- Schedule consultation appointments for advisors
- Maintain consistent follow-up to support booking and show rates
- Attend 2–3 seminars or client events per month in the Aventura and Plantation areas (occasional evenings)
- Data Entry:
Capture and enter post-event data, notes, and outcomes into CRM (Salesforce) and Excel tracking tools - Accurately document all calls, appointments, and follow-ups
- Communicate with advisors, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth handoffs
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Comfortably spending a significant portion of the day on the phone
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
- Professional, confident communication style
- Financial services experience preferred, not required
- In-office, collaborative team environment
