PositionSummary
The Member Services Representative professionally assists with membership inquiries and service requests from MDVIP members, MDVIP‑affiliated physicians and staff, and internal teams. The role provides accurate information and timely follow‑through for requests that require extensive research and response.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to member and physician inquiries and concerns via telephone, e‑mail and written correspondence.
- Support structured outbound calling campaigns to assist affiliated practices and member retention efforts.
- Process new member applications, invoices, receipts, cancellations, reinstatements and other administrative tasks.
- Accurately document all phone calls and activities in the member’s record.
- Research and resolve member issues and develop appropriate solutions.
- Provide information to members and physician offices regarding Flexible Spending Account reimbursement inquiries.
- Assist members and physicians with MDVIP general website and app support.
- Consistently exhibits an understanding of MDVIP policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is conveyed and documented.
- Maintains a professional, positive and service‑oriented approach when handling all inquiries.
- Achieves satisfactory or higher quality monitoring scores and meets established metrics.
- Demonstrates organizational values and adheres to departmental policies and expectations regarding dependability and schedule adherence.
- Exhibits strong communication skills and articulates concisely.
- Displays professional telephone etiquette and ability to use advanced phone systems.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One (1) year of related experience and/or training, such as prior customer service in a call‑center environment or other business/administrative experience.
- Associate degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across appropriate U.S. geographic markets. Pay is based on multiple factors including location and candidate qualifications. Hired applicants are offered annual incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. This program is not guaranteed, and payments are dependent upon individual and business unit performance.
