We are seeking a driven Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. You will focus on the sale and leasing of Retail, Office, and Industrial assets. This is a role for a self‑starter who wants to leverage our modern platform to build a serious book of business.

• Prospecting:
  Execute a consistent prospecting plan (cold calling, canvassing, networking) to identify new opportunities with property owners and investors.
• Valuation & Analysis:
  Prepare Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs) and assist in underwriting investment deals (Cap Rates, NOI, IRR) for office, retail, and industrial assets.
• Deal Management:
  Manage the transaction cycle from the initial Letter of Intent (LOI) through to closing/lease execution.
• Client Representation:
  Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the unique value of assets to prospective tenants and buyers.
• Data Utilization:
  Utilize our tech stack (Costar, Crexi, AI tools) to research ownership, track market trends, and identify off‑market opportunities.

• Licensure:
  Active Florida Real Estate License (or currently in the process of obtaining one).
• Experience:
  
  Previous sales or commercial real estate experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
• Tech‑Forward:
  Comfortable using modern technology (CRM, AI tools, Digital Marketing) to drive business.
• Mindset:
  Resilient, professional, and eager to learn the technical side of commercial underwriting and analysis.
