The Opportunity:

The Director of Inside Sales will architect and lead the transformation of our inside sales organization, managing a team of 10 professionals to scale revenue growth by 30% year-over-year. This strategic role requires a data-driven leader who combines exceptional people management skills with analytical rigor to disrupt traditional lending sales models. The ideal candidate will build scalable sales infrastructure, develop high-performing teams, and leverage AI and automation technologies to drive operational excellence s position is critical to our strategic expansion into new markets and achieving our aggressive growth targets.

This is a full-time employment opportunity working in our Headquarters office in Boca Raton, FL.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years successfully leading and scaling inside sales teams
  • Proven track record of achieving 30%+ YoY revenue growth
  • Experience scaling teams from 10 to 25+ sales professionals
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales with consistent 125%+ quota achievement
  • Experience with sales transformation and operational excellence initiatives
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot)
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPICED, Challenger)
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization (Excel, Tableau/Power

    BI)
  • Expertise in AI-powered sales tools and automation platforms
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Sales Loft)
  • Ability to build complex forecasting models and predictive analytics dashboards
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in real estate lending or mortgage industry
  • Knowledge of private lending or investment property financing
  • Track record of successful market expansion initiatives
  • Experience building hybrid or distributed sales teams
  • Expertise in sales operations and revenue optimization
Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth & Performance Optimization:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize team and individual performance at scale
  • Generate executive-level reports on sales activities, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts
  • Leverage AI and predictive analytics to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
  • Partner to design automated KPI dashboards for real-time performance visibility
  • Partner with Rev Ops to optimize CRM utilization and drive data integrity
  • Pioneer AI-powered sales tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making

Sales Execution & Improvement:

  • Transform and scale the inside sales team while maintaining performance excellence
