The Beauty Advisor provides customer service and builds sales for the cosmetics counter. The role develops customer relationships, offers makeup and treatment consultations, and helps maintain a welcoming selling area.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
- Build customer relationships and provide an exceptional experience from consultation through follow-up.
- Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences.
- Maintain counter standards and collaborate with team members and the brand account executive.
- At least one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or another customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quotas.
- Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn and use online clienteling tools and software.
