The Beauty Advisor builds client relationships through personalized service, product expertise, and elevated selling. This onsite role serves clients both in store and digitally while working toward sales and client conversion goals.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional, customer-focused service and demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge.
- Use digital selling tools, social media, and inventory systems to connect with clients and support omnichannel sales.
- Meet sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and technology.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in styling, fashion retail, or commission sales.
- Comfort using technology and digital tools to sell to clients.
- Motivation to set and achieve sales goals and a flexible work schedule.
