Provides personalized shopping services to clients in-store, delivering curated product recommendations and styling. Builds and maintains client relationships through appointments, follow-ups, and personalized outreach. Supports sales goals while coordinating with store teams to fulfill client requests.
Responsibilities- Deliver one-on-one styling and product recommendations to clients in the store.
- Manage client appointments, follow-ups, and personalized communications.
- Maintain accurate client records and preference notes in CRM or clienteling tools.
- Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and stock teams to locate and reserve merchandise for clients.
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- 2+ years of retail sales or personal shopping experience.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and drive sales.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic CRM/clienteling tools.
