Pharmaceutical Outbound Sales Representative

Boom Rx is a pharmaceutical technology platform that helps medical practices order and manage medications through one centralized portal. We work with medical, wellness, telemedicine, and medical spa practices across the country, connecting them with a network of licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and FDA registered 503B outsourcing facilities. Our platform simplifies pharmaceutical ordering, improves visibility into pricing and fulfillment, and provides practices with responsive, personal support.

Boom Rx is seeking a Pharmaceutical Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in Boca Raton. This is a phone based sales position focused on converting company provided leads into new medical practice accounts. Leads are provided by Boom Rx. Independent prospecting and lead generation are not required. The primary responsibility of this position is consistent, high volume outbound calling and follow up.

Sales Representatives will introduce Boom Rx, identify a practice's needs, communicate our value, and move opportunities through the sales process. Representatives work closely with a Senior Sales Executive throughout the process. Depending on the opportunity, the Sales Representative may close the account independently or work alongside the Senior Sales Executive to secure the business.

Once an account is established, ongoing relationship management is primarily handled by the Senior Sales Executive and Account Management teams, allowing the Sales Representative to remain focused on new account acquisition.

• Conduct consistent, high volume outbound calls to company provided leads
• Connect with physicians, providers, practice owners, administrators, and other decision makers
• Introduce the Boom Rx platform and communicate its value
• Identify each prospect's medication needs, current ordering process, and potential opportunities
• Follow up consistently with leads and move qualified opportunities through the sales process
• Close opportunities independently or work alongside a Senior Sales Executive when additional support is beneficial
• Guide new clients through account creation and initial onboarding
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow ups, and opportunities in the company CRM
• Meet established goals for call activity, new accounts, and sales production
• Maintain knowledge of Boom Rx products, pricing, pharmacy capabilities, and platform updates
• Participate in sales training, coaching, team meetings, and continued professional development

• Previous sales or pharmaceutical experience is not required. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate the right communication skills, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
