Location: Boca Raton, FL
Base Salary: $75,000-$120,000
Commission: Uncapped + Renewal Revenue Participation
Experience: 3+ Years of Commercial Insurance Sales Preferred
Required License: Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License
Position OverviewOur client, one of Florida’s fastest-growing independent insurance brokerages, is seeking a Commercial Insurance Producer to drive new business within its Property & Casualty division.
You’ll focus on prospecting, developing commercial relationships, and delivering customized insurance and risk management solutions while managing opportunities from initial outreach through implementation.
What You’ll Do- Generate new commercial insurance business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Conduct client risk assessments and identify coverage gaps.
- Present customized insurance and risk management solutions.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through implementation.
- Develop relationships with carriers, underwriters, and centers of influence.
- Cross-sell employee benefits, HR consulting, and ancillary insurance products when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and opportunities within the CRM.
- Participate in networking events, industry associations, and community activities.
- Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License required.
- 3+ years of commercial insurance sales experience preferred.
- Proven success generating new business.
- Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Existing book of business preferred but not required.
