Secur Tec is hiring professional Unarmed Security Officers
for a luxury waterfront condominium community in Boca Raton, Florida
. The property features upscale residences, marinas, parking garages, and resort-style amenities. Officers in this position are responsible for maintaining safety, security, and exceptional service standards for residents and guests.

• Control access for residents, guests, and contractors at entry points.
• Conduct scheduled patrols of the property, including common areas, amenity spaces, marinas, parking garages, and lots.
• Monitor security systems and maintain awareness of all activity on property.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, service calls, and emergencies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs, reports, and shift documentation.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.

• Valid Florida Class D Security License (Required)
• Residential condominium or gated community experience (Required)
• Full-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Ability to remain alert and conduct walking/standing patrols as needed.
• Computer literacy and ability to navigate security or visitor management software.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
