We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Unarmed Security Officer's to join our security team! The role's require a proactive approach to surveillance and conflict management, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, a background in law enforcement or security, and the ability to respond effectively in various situations.

• Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to detect and respond to suspicious activities.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect unauthorized access or potential threats.
• Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques to resolve issues calmly and professionally.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts.

• Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and collaboration.
