** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to residents, members, guests, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols of residential neighborhoods, common areas, club facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor access points and vehicle and pedestrian activity, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.

+ Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, patrol activities, and observed conditions in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Possess 2+ years of corrections, law enforcement,  military experience, or degree in criminal justice.

+ Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.

+ A Guard Card or License is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
