Cabinet Builder & Installer — Custom Woodworking & Home Theaters

Boca Raton, FL | Pay: $28–$38/hour (DOE) | Full-Time | In-Person

We’re Nordic Group — a fourth-generation, family-owned business in Boca Raton specializing in custom woodworking and high-end home theaters. Our work is detail-driven, design-focused, and built to last.

We’re looking for a Cabinet Builder & Installer with solid experience in woodworking and cabinetry. If you’re reliable, skilled, and take pride in quality work, this could be the right fit.

What You’ll Do:

Build and install custom cabinetry and millwork from start to finish.

Build and install high-end home theaters

Read blueprints, follow specs, and ensure everything’s built to the highest standards.

Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Keep your workspace clean and organized.

Collaborate with a tight-knit team to keep projects moving smoothly.

Work in our Boca workshop and on job sites.

What We’re Looking For:

Solid experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or finish carpentry.

Clean, high-quality craftsmanship with strong attention to detail.

Confidence working with tools, materials, and wood products.

Ability to read blueprints and problem-solve on the fly.

Reliable, focused, and able to work efficiently also under pressure.

Valid driver’s license.
