A high-volume kitchen and bathroom remodeling company based in Dania Beach, proudly serving Broward and Palm Beach Counties since 1991. We specialize in premium kitchen installations, cabinet refacing, countertops, and full interior remodels.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in quality workmanship. You’ll install factory and custom cabinetry, moldings, and trim with precision and efficiency while maintaining excellent communication with our project managers and clients.

• Install kitchen cabinets, crown moldings, light valance, toe kick, fillers, and hardware
• Perform accurate measurements, adjustments, and leveling for perfect fit and finish
• Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and installation plans
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades on-site
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Ensure all work meets Factory Direct Renovations’ quality standards

• 5+ years of kitchen installation experience (cabinetry, trim, finish carpentry)
• Van or truck required for transporting tools and materials
• Own shop or workspace preferred — applicants with their own shop will receive priority consideration
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints and installation drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Professional appearance and customer service attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable communication
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
