We are currently seeking a Pipe Foreman for an exciting project in Boca Raton and Hollywood, Florida, under our Water and Mechanical division. As a Pipe Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of pipes for our project. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of pipe systems, and the ability to work effectively with a team.

• Coordinates and supervises daily activities of a 2–7 person crew.
• Sequences pipe installation to reduce conflicts with other project activities and the public.
• Continually inspects work site, surveying for potential hazards or safety concerns.
• Responsible for crew safety and establishes a safe work environment that complies with the Company safety program.
• Observes assigned equipment to detect machinery malfunctions and ensures proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Analyzes job cost reports to ensure production is within budget.
• Reviews and approves employee time reporting.
• Maintains a professional relationship with the Owner.

• High school diploma or GED preferred, with demonstrable experience as a Pipe Foreman.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pipe installation and supervision.
• Valid Florida Driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand work directions.
• Ability to analyze job cost reports and maintain production within budget.

• Constant physical effort, including standing for extended periods during an 8‑hour shift.
• Frequent use of hands overhead and hand‑power tools.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs on a frequent basis.
• Manual dexterity required for construction materials, forms, tools, and repetitive motions.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions; exposure to noise, grease, dust, and heavy equipment.
