The City of Boca Raton offers a paid Vocational Apprenticeship Program designed to provide hands-on work experience in a chosen trade. Apprentices are paid hourly and work part-time, with up to 25 hours per week and no benefits.
Department coordinators supervise performance and conduct throughout the apprenticeship. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, and complete screenings and interviews.
