About REH Interiors
REH Interiors is a Florida interior design and home staging company. We stage homes for sale and install full interior design projects for our clients. Every job ends inside someone's home, so the way our crew handles furniture, walls, floors, and people matters as much as the finished room.
About the RoleWe are hiring an Install Team Lead to lead our white glove install team in South Florida. This is not a senior installer role. You will be the leader of the crew: you plan the job, run it on site, coach the team, and sign off on the finished home before anyone leaves.
You will also be hands-on. Most of your day is spent installing alongside your crew, so you lead by doing the work at the standard you expect from everyone else.
If you have spent years in high-end furniture installation and you are ready to own the results of a team, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do Leading the Team- Lead the install team on every staging install, destage, and design install
- Coach installers on the job: give real-time feedback, correct mistakes, and hold everyone to white glove standards
- Train new installers on assembly, wall hanging, wrapping, handling, and protecting client homes
- Bring performance and conduct issues to the Head of Production & Logistics so they can be addressed
- Review install plans, load lists, and timing before each job
- Sequence the work so the crew knows what goes where and in what order
- Make sure the right items, tools, and protection materials are on the truck before it leaves
- Assemble furniture of all kinds, including beds, case goods, sectionals, flat-pack, and high-end pieces
- Hang art, mirrors, shelving, curtain rods, and TVs level, secure, and to the design plan
- Protect every home: floors, walls, door frames, stairs, and finishes
- Destage homes: pack, wrap, and return furniture and decor to the warehouse in good condition
- Do a final walkthrough of every home before the crew leaves, with photos and a punch list of anything left to fix
- Report damages and job issues to the Head of Production & Logistics
- Inspect the box truck and keep tools and equipment clean, stocked, and in working order
- Drive the company box truck when needed (no CDL required)
- 7+ years of white glove furniture delivery and installation experience (required)
- Experience leading or coaching an install crew
- Experience working in high-end residential homes
- Able to plan a job and keep a crew on schedule
- Able to lift 75+ lbs on your own and team lift 150+ lbs
- Able to work on your feet all day, including stairs, ladders, and Florida heat
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid time off and paid holidays
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional evenings or weekends when a job requires it
- A true leadership role with a growing team
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional evenings or weekends based on install needs
- Head of Production & Logistics
