Join our innovative team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid capacity out of Boca Raton, Florida, and we are flexible for remote for the right opportunity.

We’re looking for someone with a robust background in Product Engineering who can take an ambiguous idea from inception through implementation to completion with a lot of freedom in decision‑making. Customer‑focused engineering is highly sought after.

• Lead the development of internal applications, including lead generation tools, billing engines, and system integrations using Python, Golang, and JavaScript.
• Create scalable and modular solutions while balancing best practices and timelines. Take shortcuts when required but not at the cost of incurring large tech debts.
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform on AWS, ensuring high availability and low downtime.
• Develop and maintain robust REST APIs or gRPC services to facilitate seamless integration between different systems and services.
• Manage and optimize Postgre
  
  SQL databases for effective data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and develop solutions that align with company goals. Over‑communicate and write great documentation.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to improve development practices and recommend new findings to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in software development, with significant full stack experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, and JavaScript, and familiarity with SOLID principles and architectural design patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services and Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of Postgre
  
  SQL database management.
• Excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, working independently and as part of a team.
