Join our innovative team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid capacity out of Boca Raton, Florida. However, we are flexible for remote for the right opportunity! We're looking for someone with a robust background in Product Engineering who can take an ambiguous idea from inception, implementation, to completion with a lot of freedom in decision-making.

Customer-focused engineering is highly sought after.

This role involves developing critical internal applications such as lead generation systems, billing engines, and various integrations, offering the opportunity to significantly impact our business processes.

What You'll Do:

• Product Development: Lead the development of internal applications, including lead generation tools, billing engines, and system integrations using Python, Golang, and JavaScript.
• Balance Best Practices vs Timelines: Create scalable and modular solutions without over engineering. Take shortcuts when required but not at the cost of incurring large tech debts.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Building ground up and managing infrastructure using Terraform on AWS. Know how capability of independently managing resources with low downtimes.
• API Development: Develop and maintain robust REST APIs or GRPC to facilitate seamless integration between different systems and services.
• Database Management: Manage and optimize Postgre
  
  SQL databases for effective data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and develop solutions that align with company goals. Default to over communication style and writing great documentation. Clear understanding of use cases and requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to improve development practices and technologies. Recommend new findings to stakeholders for improving overall systems.

  Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software development, with significant full stack development experience.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, Golang, and JavaScript. Familiar with SOLID Principles and architectural design patterns
• Cloud and Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS services and Terraform.

  Strong knowledge in Postgre

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and as part of a team.
