Engage and "wow" our members in every class by creating a sense of community with a fun, results-focused group workout where everyone feels successful.

• Answer questions and concerns of participants.
• Solicit feedback about the class.
• Maintain consistent class schedules.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude toward members.
• Promote the gym and Group Fitness classes.
• Ensure studio cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain equipment safety and handle maintenance.
• Engage in continuing education.

• Timeliness.
• Member satisfaction.
• Class size management.
• Safety and reporting of incidents/injuries.

• Takes ownership of results.
• Adapts quickly to various situations.
• Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer‑service mentality.
• Team player and willing to jump into any task.

• Good musicality (stays on beat).

• Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification.
• Valid CPR/AED Certification.

Hourly Pay Range: $28—$35 USD.
