About Pure Barre

Pure Barre is the leader in boutique barre fitness, delivering a full-body workout through small, targeted movements that improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. Our method is known for its transformative results and strong sense of community. As an instructor, youll play a key role in helping clients build strength, confidence, and connection both physically and personally.

What Youll Do

At Pure Barre Boca Raton, youll lead high-energy, musically-driven classes designed to challenge and uplift. Youll bring rhythm, motivation, and authenticity to every session, creating a space where clients feel empowered and inspired.

Your role includes:

Delivering dynamic, consistent Pure Barre classes that follow our proven formats

Memorizing choreography and transitions to ensure seamless instruction

Offering modifications for all fitness levels to keep classes safe and effective

Maintaining strong musicality and timing to energize the class

Fostering a positive, inclusive environment for every client

Building genuine relationships and a strong studio community

What Were Looking For

Were hiring individuals who are:

Experienced in barre, ballet, dance, cheerleading, fitness, or teaching

Confident, engaging communicators with a natural presence

Skilled at memorization and rhythm

Passionate about helping others succeed

Reliable team players who bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism

Starting pay: $25 per class, with room to grow through training and additional formats

Flexible scheduling:
Were hiring for all availability, with high demand for mid-morning weekday and weekend classes (8:15 AM, 9:30 AM, 10:45 AM)

Additional class times include:

6:00 AM (Tuesdays & Thursdays)

7:15 AM10:45 AM and 4:30 PM (Monday Friday)

Evenings: 5:30 PM & 6:30 PM (Monday Thursday)
