Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking qualified Lifeguard(s) for our aquatics complex to further enhance and ensure a safe and clean environment. To be considered for this position, you must have an outgoing personality, excellent communication and outstanding customer service skills. We prefer candidates to be CPR/AED certified & must have an active American Red Cross lifeguard certification. This position's primary responsibility is to maintain and to ensure a safe and clean environment for the enjoyment of our club members and their guests.

In achieving this goal, remember that appearances are everything. The manner in which the pool grounds are operated and maintained on a daily basis is a direct reflection on the Club.

Availability to work weekends and holidays required. Day and afternoon shifts available, great for those seeking a flexible schedule.

• Provide members and guests with lifesaving emergency rescue in case of accident or medical emergency.
• Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety of all members and guests by enforcing pool rules and regulations.
• Maintain inventory of clean towels and coordinate laundry department.
• All chairs and tables are to be cleaned daily, particularly in the most frequently used areas.

• Active American Red Cross Lifeguard certification
• Prefer certification in CPR & AED
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 1-2 years of experience, preferred
