Winner Education are working with a well-established primary school who are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Year 4 Teacher . This is a full-time position within a Year 4 class, supporting pupils through a key stage of their primary education and helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. What You'll Do:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 4 National Curriculum Support pupils' academic progress, personal development, and wellbeing Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress in line with school expectations Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community Foster positive behaviour and encourage a love of learning

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) or pending QTS ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting, ideally Key Stage 2 A positive, nurturing, and engaging teaching style Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills A commitment to helping every child achieve their full potential Why Winner Education?
