Th is office-based role will provide you with opportunities to train, grow and progress in a direction that suits your own particular skillset and interests . You will work on a variation of live projects , with in a large multidisciplinary design team , and with support from both the design and site teams , you will offer positive impact on the community .

You will be automatically enrolled into our bespoke Early Careers Development Programme; a 12-month scheme designed to enhance your skills, expand your network, and enrich your experience.

Prepare detailed civil engineering designs and calculations

Produce technical and commercial specifications, drawings and schedules

Work closely and collaboratively with the construction team to develop efficient, practical and safe solutions throughout the design stages, into construction and beyond

Prepar e designer risk assessments , health & safety risk assessments , and associated documents and reports.

You will positively engage and collaborate with the Client, managing relationships and adopting a One-Team approach

G raduated or due to graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering (BEng) or a post graduate qualification (MSc)

Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members

Excellent written communication and attention to detail, and be able to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writing

Mott Mac Donald Bentley is a joint venture business, established in 1999 between civil engineering contractor JN Bentley and global management consultancy, Mott Mac Donald.

Mott Mac Donald Bentley offers fully integrated design and build services to its clients, combining the contracting expertise of JN Bentley and the design specialisms of Mott Mac Donald.

This role is employed by Mott Mac Donald but will involve working across the joint venture business, both with Mott Mac Donald and JN Bentley colleagues.
