Warehouse Operative (Picker/Packer)

Salary: £12.21 per hour
Shift Patterns:

X2 Monday-Friday 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm rotating weekly x2 (will be on opposite rotations)

X2 Wednesday-Sunday Wed-Fr is 12pm-8pm, Saturday 8:30am-5pm and Sunday is 12:20pm-9pm

Saturday-Wednesday Saturday 8:30am-5pm and Sunday is 12:20pm-9pm Mon-Wed  6am-2pm/2pm-10pm rotating weekly (will be on opposite rotations)

Role Responsibilities

Pick and pack car batteries, which are heavy items, using correct methods and including appropriate safety information.
Stack and wrap items ready for courier collections.
Use display screen equipment to process orders for packing.
Prepare palletised items ready for loading onto wagons.
Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
Work as part of a team to achieve daily targets.

Important Requirements

Ability to lift and handle heavy items safely (car batteries).
Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
