Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician — Bodmin

Location:

Bodmin | Salary: £38,625 basic per annum, OTE £58,000 and overtime 1.5x; a guaranteed overtime option can increase base salary to £44,385.

Hours:

40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays. .

• Attend breakdowns to diagnose issues and work on vehicles to get them back on the road or return to the workshop when needed.
• Identify problems and advise customers on the vehicle’s issues.
• Carry out vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical work and diagnostics.
• Provide exceptional customer service as the face of the business.

• Ideally Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair;
  Level 2 considered. Equivalent qualifications (City and Guilds, IMI, NVQ) may be accepted. Must be able to show qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points or bans.
• Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.

• Earnings that motivate: base salary £38,625 with potential to increase to around £50,000 through bonuses and overtime. Full-time 40-hour week with Monday–Saturday availability (8am–8pm).
