Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of site activities Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and trades Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations Managing site logistics and programme delivery Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and site safety briefings Liaising with the client, project team, and stakeholders Maintaining site records and reporting progress Essential Requirements: SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid at Work Enhanced DBS Certificate (current and valid) Fire Marshal Certificate Previous experience delivering refurbishment projects within education or occupied environments Strong organisational and communication skills Availability Requirements:
Candidates must be fully available for the duration of the 7-week contract No pre-booked holidays or planned absences can be accommodated during the project period The role will require attendance on both weekdays and weekends as dictated by the programme of works Flexibility to work extended hours where required to meet project deadlines Contract Details: 7-week contract London-based project
