Randstad UK is seeking an SEMH Teaching Assistant in Bodmin, Cornwall, to support pupils with SEMH needs in Alternative Provision settings. The role runs 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with the option to select working days and consistent school hours for work-life balance.
You will provide 1:1 and small group support, act as a positive role model, and employ trauma-informed strategies to help pupils re-engage with learning.
