Salary: £24,000 - £30,000

ARM is recruiting on behalf of an established and growing renewable energy developer seeking a Project Engineer to support the delivery of onshore wind energy projects across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised engineer looking to develop their career within the renewable energy sector. Working within a multidisciplinary technical team, you will provide engineering support throughout the development, construction, and operational phases of wind farm projects.
Key Responsibilities- Produce and optimise wind farm site layout drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare access modification drawings, swept path analyses, and planning/legal drawings.
- Assist with project cost estimation and cost tracking, identifying opportunities for design efficiencies.
- Support projects through development and construction while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and quality.
- Identify and mitigate project risks through practical and commercially focused design solutions.
- Provide technical input on early-stage development and pre-planning projects.
- Coordinate and manage third-party technical consultants and service providers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and design standards.
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD and vehicle tracking software.
- Basic understanding of onshore wind development and construction processes.
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach.
- Awareness of CDM Regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel to project sites throughout the UK as required.
- Knowledge of transport and construction methodologies associated with onshore wind projects.
- Familiarity with Balance of Plant (BoP) and Turbine Supply Agreement (TSA) contracts.
- Experience using Civil 3D and Infra Works.
- Surveying and setting-out experience.
