Independent Financial Adviser
Location:Cornwall (Occasional need to travel to Bodmin for meetings and client visits)
Salary:Up to £75,000 DOE (+ Bonus & Commission)

We work with thousands of clients across the UK to ensure their financial advice is top-notch. Our desk-based approach offers flexibility in your working location, and we maintain regular office hours while supporting each other to get the job done.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish contact with clients and gather necessary information to provide suitable advice.
- Analyse client information accurately to offer appropriate recommendations.
- Present advice clearly, explaining charges, fees, and disadvantages.
- Complete documentation thoroughly and adhere to company processes.
- Maintain client records and develop effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and product providers.
Skills:
- Transferrable client bank of circa £10M AUM+
- Knowledge of the financial planning market, including products and services.
- Working knowledge of FCA rules and guidelines.
- Diploma in Financial Planning.
- IT literacy, including Microsoft Packages.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and promote a team spirit.
