The closing date is 06 July 2026

We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Support Worker to join our Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) team on a 12-month maternity cover.

This is a rewarding role where you'll work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team to help people experiencing a first episode of psychosis, or at risk of developing psychosis, on their recovery journey.

You'll provide practical and emotional support, working 1:1 and in groups, helping people build confidence, connect with their community, and achieve goals that matter to them.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Kind, reliable and able to build strong relationships
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Passionate about recovery-focused, person-centred care

Experience in mental health or care settings is helpful, but we're equally interested in values, attitude and willingness to learn.

Come and be part of a team that makes a real difference, every day.

This is a community-based role that requires frequent travel to various locations throughout the county including areas that may not be accessible by public transportation. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate how they will manage these travel requirements.
