An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated leader to join our Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) service as a Team Manager. This is a pivotal role within a compassionate, forward‑thinking service committed to delivering high‑quality, recovery‑focused care to people experiencing first episode psychosis and those at risk.
You will lead a skilled, multi‑disciplinary team that is passionate about early intervention, innovation, and making a meaningful difference at a crucial stage in people's lives.

The post holder will be responsible for managing a multi‑disciplinary team (Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Therapists and support staff) to develop and deliver a successful and innovative service to serve adults and their families with Mental Health problems in mid Cornwall. Working in partnership with wider multidisciplinary teams the post holder will take responsibility and accountability for the delivery of clinical services within East Cornwall.
As well as strategic direction and implementation of service developments the Team Manager will be responsible for the line management of staff including supervision, appraisal and continued professional development to ensure the team is operating at the highest of standards and within local and national guidelines.
