Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Developmental / Clinical Pharmacist to deliver highly specialist pharmaceutical services across CATUs, SDEC units and community medicine settings, with support from lead pharmacists.
The role involves ward rounds, patient counselling and medicines optimisation, primarily based in Bodmin and Camborne Redruth, with opportunities to develop managerial skills.
