Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two highly skilled Physiotherapists to join our community teams in East Cornwall. You will assess and treat patients in their homes and clinics, supporting independence and wellbeing across the pathway.
Role involves working within the Early Intervention Home First and Community Rehabilitation teams, with supervision of junior staff and a focus on evidence-based practice. A seven-day rota is possible.
