MAV Link Trainer: Mental Health Training Lead
Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Bodmin is seeking a MAV Link trainer for Harvest Ward, a 8-bed mixed gender Inpatient Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Bodmin Hospital. The role involves alternating shifts and teaching on restraint reduction and violence management. Training others and embedding new practices are key aspects of this position.
You will develop and deliver MAV-related training, support staff, and help shape care approaches on the ward and across the Trust.
