Extra Care Scheme Manager Liskeard, Cornwall (PL14 area) £32,966 per annum  25 Days Holiday  Excellent Benefits Lead a service where independence, community and exceptional care come first. We're looking for an experienced Extra Care Scheme Manager to oversee a well-established service in Liskeard, leading a dedicated team and ensuring residents receive outstanding person-centred support that enables them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

This role would suit an experienced Extra Care Manager, Registered Manager, Care Manager, Supported Living Manager or Deputy Manager looking to join a stable organisation with genuine opportunities for long-term career progression. What You'll Do Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing care team Oversee the day-to-day running of the Extra Care scheme Ensure safe, effective and person-centred care delivery Manage staffing levels, rotas and workforce planning Maintain excellent standards of CQC compliance and quality Build strong relationships with residents, families and local partners Manage budgets, performance targets and service objectives What We're Looking For Management experience within Extra Care, domiciliary care, supported living or community services Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and social care legislation Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills Budget management and commercial awareness A passion for delivering exceptional care and developing great teams What's In It For You?
