- Competitive Pay:
Start at £13.21 per hour, with an enhanced rate of £16.51 per hour for shifts worked between 8 pm and 6 am or any hours over 37.5 per week, with opportunities for higher earnings as you progress. - Hours of Work: 16:30 until 02:30 (Approx.). Working 4 out of 5 days Monday‑to‑Friday, with a rolling day off each week.

From day one you’ll undergo a comprehensive training program that will develop your skills and allow for career growth. You'll also earn Food Safety Level 2 and H&S Level 2 certificates.
As a Packing Operative, you’ll be responsible for helping to set up our packing area, ensuring smooth line operation and packing our frozen products from the machine‑made line.
- Product Quality Assurance:
Validate the product by checking for the right size, shape, and adherence to product specifications. - Packing Process:
Efficiently pack finished products into boxes, precisely following the product specification. - Conveyor Belt Operation:
Place full boxes onto the packing conveyor belt, tape shut the boxes, weigh them, and accurately label. - Box Assembly and Maintenance:
Assemble boxes, replace tape reels and printer reels to maintain seamless packing operations. - Palletising and Wrapping:
Palletise and wrap completed boxes of product, preparing them for dispatch in strict accordance with product specifications.
Note:
This role will involve standing and being on your feet for the majority of the shift.
