Senior Leadership Team Lead a Key Manufacturing Site at Pilgrim's Europe! Pilgrim's Europe is seeking an exceptional Site Director to lead our Bodmin operation. This is a high-impact leadership role with full responsibility for site performance, people, safety, quality, customer service, and financial delivery. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will drive operational excellence, lead a high-performing management team, and deliver strategic growth within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
We're looking for a proven manufacturing leader who can inspire teams, champion continuous improvement, and ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality, and operational performance. What You'll Be Responsible For Leading all aspects of site operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing manufacturing environment. Delivering site strategy aligned with wider business objectives. Driving a strong culture of Health & Safety, food safety, quality, and compliance.
Managing site financial performance, budgets, profitability, and cost control initiatives. Leading and developing a multi-functional management team, creating robust succession plans and future leaders. Driving Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement programmes. Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Ensuring excellent service levels, operational reliability, and customer satisfaction. Championing a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across the site.
About You Essential Senior leadership experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, or a complex manufacturing environment. Proven responsibility for site-wide operations and P&L performance. Strong track record of leading large teams and developing leadership capability. Experience driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and operational excellence. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills. Passion for creating high-performing teams and positive site cultures.
Desirable Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Six Sigma experience. Food manufacturing leadership experience. NEBOSH, IOSH, HACCP, or related qualifications. Why Join Pilgrim's Europe? Benefits Include:
