About The Role

You will be responsible for running the shop properly and ensuring it meets its budget. You ensure correct products, pricing, placement and staff. The shop must be clean, well‑stocked and well‑presented. You also run the online shop and ensure retail is sold through the website and social media.

• Deliver the retail budget.
• Choose and develop products that sell and are profitable.
• Price products correctly to maximise sales and margin.
• Order key items on time so stock is always available.
• Control stock levels and prevent waste or loss.
• Ensure the shop is clean, tidy and well presented at all times.
• Stock shelves and displays so they look full and attractive.
• Manage retail staffing and rotas so the shop is covered and within budget.
• Train staff so they know the products and sell confidently.
• Run the online shop, keeping products live, accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator to promote products and drive online and in‑shop sales.
• Track sales and stock and report results clearly to management.
• Spot problems early and fix them quickly.
