Job Overview

Apprentice Supervisor – Permanent full‑time, 35 hours a week across 5 days. Hourly pay £13.61 from day one. 12‑month apprenticeship with progression opportunities.

• Work in a busy shop to learn supervisory skills.
• Regular pre‑arranged visits by an assessor every 10–12 weeks, with review webinars, telephone and video calls.
• Complete apprenticeship coursework and Functional Skills in English and Maths if required.
• Assessment at the end of 12 months.
• Customer Service Specialist Level3 standard qualification.

• Make customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and greeting.
• Help customers find items and provide friendly service at tills.
• Assist with stock handling, deliveries, freezer placement and shelf stocking.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and tidy routines with the team.
• Open and close shop, handle cash, place orders, and support manager in team leadership.

• Motivated to complete apprenticeship provider tasks on time.
