About the RoleAs a Service Colleague in our store team, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience—serving with pride. Whether you’re stocking shelves, unpacking deliveries, picking online orders or even perfecting pizzas, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything.
You’ll be part of a friendly, fast‑paced team where great service and teamwork are everything.
Key Responsibilities- Stocking shelves and replenishing stock.
- Unpacking deliveries and ensuring accurate inventory.
- Picking online orders for shipment.
- Assisting customers with questions and purchases.
- Preparing and handling specific tasks such as pizza preparation (as required).
- Customer‑focused attitude and enjoyment of helping people.
- Team player who works well with colleagues.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for every shift.
- Willingness to learn, open to training, and keen to develop skills.
- Friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a team mindset.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
