Business Development Manager (UK South)

Cornish Lime is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our business growth across the South of the UK. We are a leading UK distributor of traditional and innovative lime-based building materials, serving both historic restoration and modern construction markets.

You will drive revenue growth and contribute directly to our strategic expansion.

• Manage & Grow: Increase revenues with our existing trade distributors.
• New Business: Identify, establish, and convert new opportunities with independent merchants.
• Field-Based: Travel across the UK South region to build strong, lasting relationships.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven B2B field-based sales success.
• Skills: Excellent organisational skills and outstanding communication at all levels.
• Drive: Highly motivated, self-starting attitude.
• Bonus: Background in construction or building supplies is advantageous (but not essential).
