This Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician is working for one of the UK’s leading vehicle breakdown companies who provider a first-class service to thousands of customers. • Working closely with the breakdown team you will be tasked with attending breakdowns to diagnose issues they have, and working on the vehicles to ideally get them back on the road or return them to the workshop.
• Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle’s issues.
• Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle diagnostics.
• As the face of the business, deliver exceptional customer service.

• Level 3 vehicle maintenance and repair qualification preferred;
  Level 2 also considered. Equivalent qualifications such as City and Guilds vehicle maintenance, IMI or NVQ acceptable. Must be able to show your qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years experience within the vehicle workshop or working as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
• A full UK driving licence – no more than 9 points or bans on the licence.
• Ability to demonstrate technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
