Cornwall Council is seeking Social Care Practitioners to join our Adult Safeguarding service across Cornwall. You will contribute to safeguarding adults at risk, delivering person-centred and outcome-focused practice while maintaining independence and wellbeing.
In a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment, you will work with Social Workers, health partners and others to assess needs, plan outcomes and respond swiftly to safeguarding enquiries.
