Sephora has been operating in Türkiye since 2007, serving customers through 43 stores in 10 different cities, as well as its online channel. Sephora Türkiye is currently seeking candidates for the Store Manager position in Bodrum.

• University graduate with at least 5 years of managerial experience in the retail sector, with a focus on sustainably improving store performance
• Strong command of MS Office applications, with advanced reporting and analytical skills to support data‑driven decision‑making
• Good level of English to support a global mindset and effective communication
• Willing to take an active role in team management, unlocking team potential, monitoring performance, and ensuring continuous development
• Closely follows industry trends and market dynamics to create a competitive advantage
• Supports a positive corporate culture; friendly, energetic, dynamic, with strong communication skills and open to learning
• For male candidates, completion of military service
