Sales Assistant

We are seeking passionate, refined, and guest‑centric Sales Assistants to join the boutique experience at Gigi Bodrum
, located within Mandarin Oriental Bodrum
. This role goes beyond traditional retail — it focuses on delivering highly personalized guest journeys while maintaining impeccable boutique standards and operations.

• Deliver a refined, personalized, and memorable customer experience aligned with premium retail standards
• Understand guest needs and provide tailored styling and product recommendations
• Manage the full sales journey, from first contact to after‑sales follow‑up
• Contribute to boutique performance through cross‑selling and up‑selling strategies
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
• Ensure products are displayed in an elevated, attractive, and commercially effective manner
• Support window displays and in‑store styling updates according to seasonal concepts
• Enhance the guest journey through thoughtful product presentation
• Support stock replenishment, track inventory accurately, and help maintain organized stock flow

• At least 2 years of experience in premium retail, fashion, or high‑end hospitality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
• Passion for fashion and lifestyle
• Comfortable with visual merchandising and store presentation
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast‑paced environment
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
