Job Description;

- Developing strategies to realize store targets, implementing and managing efforts to increase sales.

- Training, developing and guiding team members, providing “My Career Journey Begins at Beymen” training and coaching to newly recruited employees,

- Controlling the in-store layout and visuals, ensuring that the aisles and showcases are organized and complete,

- Supervising all operational processes such as sales, inventory management, returns and customer requests and ensuring that they are fulfilled in a timely and complete manner,

Wanted Qualifications;

• Preferably a university graduate,
• Minimum 5 years of executive level experience in the luxury fashion retail industry,
• Minimum good command of English, Arabic or Russian.
• Good command of MS Office programs,
• Knowledge of store procedures and operational processes,
• Strong management skills, able to motivate the team,
• Strong problem solving skills and solution oriented,
• Taking care of personal image,
• Demonstrating a customer-oriented approach and prioritizing customer satisfaction,
