St. Helena’s Episcopal School is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented part-time bookkeeper to support the financial operations of our growing school. We are looking for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable managing financial records in a small school environment.

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
• Track tuition payments, expenses, and other school transactions.
• Assist with budgeting, financial reports, and monthly financial statements.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records.
• Assist with payroll processing and other financial tasks as needed.

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
• Experience with Quick Books or similar accounting software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with school leadership.
• Part-time, approximately 25 hours per week.
