Ford of Boerne has expanded our service operations and is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated technician who enjoys working independently, delivering exceptional customer service, and representing a trusted Ford dealership in the field.
As a Mobile Service Technician, you will perform routine maintenance and light repair services at customer homes, businesses, and fleet locations, using a fully equipped Ford service vehicle.
Key Responsibilities- Perform mobile maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, batteries, filters, brakes, recalls, and minor repairs.
- Operate a company-provided, fully stocked mobile service van.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site.
- Accurately document work performed and recommendations in the RO system.
- Coordinate schedules with the service department to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mobile service vehicle.
- 3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred.
- Ford or OEM dealership experience is a plus.
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills for light repair.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
